We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to get your boots to you:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from receipt of your order
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging
  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns

Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on slippers unless they are defective or incorrect items.

How to Return or Exchange

Return Shipping Costs

  • Method: Issued to your original payment method
  • Note: Original shipping fees and international customs duties/taxes are non-refundable

Exchanges
